OSDBU Vendor Day with focus on Small and Disadvantaged Businesses – November 18, 2010

The Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization is proud to present, DOT OSDBU's Vendor Day, which will focus on procurement opportunities announced in the FY2011 Procurement Forecast published on October 1st, 2010 with an emphasis on Small and Disadvantaged Businesses (SDBs). This outreach event will provide an opportunity for SDBs, and other small businesses, to learn about DOT procurement. You will also have the opportunity to network with modal small business specialists, acquisition professionals, technical program managers, SBA Procurement Center Representatives (PCRs), local area Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) managers, banks and prime contractors.
Discussions will focus on new regulations impacting small businesses and you will hear about their growth strategies and marketing techniques for Federal procurement. Information will also be provided on the major DOT Operating Administrations.
